Payment

Payment can be made via bank/credit cards through PayPal/Stripe/Swish payment service or by cash on delivery (upon request and within Sweden only)

  • Pay with PayPal
    You can easily pay with PayPal using either PayPal account or as a guest where you use your debit/credit card. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is completely secure PayPal payment service.
  • Pay with Stripe
    With a Stripe, you pay directly on our website, easily and quickly without any card information stored on our website. SSL (encryption) is enabled during the payment.
Return policy

We offer a 14 day return policy/money back guarantee on all of our sunglasses with or without bifocal reading area. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Do you want to take advantage of the return policy within 14 days from purchase. Please return the goods including the case well packaged along with a note that you want to use the return policy. We will refund the money to you within 3 days after receipt of the product. Your refund will be made via PayPal/Stripe using the same payment method as you used for your purchase.

Shipping Cost & Delivery

Delivery is made by Courier service applicable to your location (UPS/Aramex or similar). Orders received before 1600 on working days are dispatched the same day.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental permission to order from us.

Warranty & Complaints

We check that our sunglasses are error-free at the time of delivery. Should you for some reason get damaged goods please contact us and describe in detail what the error/damage. We pay return shipping for any return of goods due to the complaint (or we send shipping label via email). In the event of a dispute, we have a policy to first inspect the damage before we issue refund to ensure it is genuine complaint with no fault on the buyers part.

Do you have a complaint, please contact us directly and tell us what the complaint is all about. We ship immediately new glasses if we agree that it is a complaint that has arisen due to an error on our part or by any other reason without your own influence. We want you to be satisfied with your product, so we have been testing our sunglasses with extreme outside influences and also tested our Sport models, according to both American (ANSI z87.1 +) and European (EN 166 F) standards for protective eyewear with certificate in our own name.

Returns can be sent to us by mail or any other shipping carrier you consider most appropriate.
